Houston, Texas Ophthalmologist Receives Senior Achievement Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology! Houston, Texas – Rosa A. Tang, MD, MPH of Houston, Texas has received the Senior Achievement Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology. The award recognized Dr. Tang for contributions to the Academy.

To achieve this award, an ophthalmologist must have made significant contributions to their profession through educating others, as well as serving in leadership roles. The award was presented at the Academy’s 2006 Joint Meeting held in Las Vegas, November 11-14.

Dr. Tang is a Neuro-Ophthalmology specialist. She currently practices as Director of Neuro-Ophthalmology of Texas, PLLC and Co-Director of MS Eye CARE at University of Houston- University Eye Institute- 4901 Calhoun, Houston, Texas 77004.
