DRIVING DIRECTIONS
The physical address you enter into your GPS or MapQuest is 4901 Calhoun Rd, Houston, TX 77204. However, this will not lead you to the correct place due to recent construction on campus. Please follow the directions below once you reach Interstate 45. We are located on the campus of the University of Houston at the University Eye Institute, J Davis Armistead Building, Entrance #2. Please park in the patient parking lot. There is a lift gate that will open to let you in and you will be given a token to get out. When you go in the front door, we are right there at the window on your left. Look for MS EYE CARE signs.

Coming from the North on I-45 South Towards Galveston
- Take Exit 44B - Spur 5 South.
- The freeway will end and you will pass U.H. University Drive.
- Drive until you get to the next light - Wheeler St -
Make a RIGHT at the light.
- Take your first right into the new Patient Parking lot.
- The gate will pop up and we will give you a token to exit after your exam.

Coming from the South on I-45 North Towards Dallas & Downtown Houston
- Exit 44A - Elgin/Lockwood/Cullen.
- Turn left at the 2ND traffic light - this is Cullen - you will go under I-45.
- Take Cullen until you reach Elgin - Turn LEFT (on to Elgin) and get into the RIGHT LANE.
- Keep driving, staying right, on to the feeder road of TX SPUR 5.
- Pass University Dr (first light) and when you get to Wheeler (second light) - turn RIGHT.
- Take your first right into the new Patient Parking lot.
- The gate will pop up and we will give you a token to exit after your exam.

Once Inside...
Due to recent construction, we are now easier to find than before!
Once inside you will be looking at our waiting area.
We are in the window there on your LEFT.
Look for signs that say MS EYE CARE or DR ROSA TANG MD.
DO NOT go to patient registration unless you are on MEDICARE!
